The watch and wristband are beautiful but the watch came to me with a dead battery. I would love a partial refund ($20) so I could get the battery replaced locally and not have to cover the cost myself or have to wait to return and send it back (waste of packaging and mailing cost).Not only is this watch beautiful the storage case it comes in is as beautiful as well. I bought this watch for my Jamaica vacation in which I Just got back on 1/23/21. Unfortunately I only got to wear it twice, on the third night I went to put it on and the band slipped around my wrist and the watch fell on the tile floor which caused the glass front to shatter!
