Great product at a great price overall. I purchased this item to replace the "Pangaea Six Automatic Watch Winder for 6 Watches (Black) Q600" that i bought a few years back. The Pangaea Winder stopped working all of a sudden and it was already out of warranty. This JQUEEN model appears much more sturdier and the control settings are simple...each dial allows you to choose amongst 4 different settings to wind the watches. Very quiet and displays very nicely. i only had a few small issues when the product, nothing major in my opinion...one of the circular housings had popped off and i snapped it back into place. I'm not the biggest fan of the individual pillows used to hold each watch...although these pillows are adjustable to an extent the reality is that you can only take the outer sleeve off...so getting the watch to fit snuggly into each pillow can be a challenge especially for watches with fixed steel bands versus adjustable leather bands. And finally there were small scuffs in the leather housing around the edges, it might have been a workmanship flaw, i'm not sure, but its not that big of a deal for me to request a replacement. All in all, i'm happy with this product. I hope it lasts :)This unit is a great value for the money BUT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The quality is fine, but it takes up a lot of space (due to the angled design) and the winder motors are a bit noisy (so I keep it in the guest room). The biggest problem is what I discovered from using this, and any similar double barrel (2 watches on a single rotator disc) winder design: if your watch cases are any larger than 38/40mm, they will rub against each other and tarnish the sides of the watch cases! I’m upgrading to a more expensive winder case that uses a separate barrel for each individual watch. I recommend you all do the same. There are plenty of inexpensive models out there that will stand vertical (saving space) and accommodate 8 or 9 watches for under $1000. Better to spend the money on a decent winder than have to try to polish out a bunch of blemishes on various cases!I purchased the JQUEEN Eight Automatic Watch Winder with 6 Storage Slots as my wife and I combined have 8 automatic watches and only a 2 watch winder. I read the reviews of this winder and chose it based on those reviews and my need for another winder. I'm very pleased with this winder. It looks great and the noise level is very low. I saw in some reviews that there was a snoring type noise from the padding in the winders but I've not had that noise. The most noise I've had is from my big watches flopping back and forth as they spin around during their winding action. My only complaint about this winder is that the pillows and watch slots are not as big as I'd like for my big watches. If I collect more automatic watches and need another winder, I will look to purchase another of these winders.I had issues with cabinet damage on my original order, so JQUEEN handpicked a replacement watch winder and double boxed it for extra protection. I don't believe any other vendor anywhere has ever gone so far to insure that I received an undamaged product. The winder looks great, is completely silent and has individual switches for each 2-watch rotator cup. What this does is to allow you to turn off the winder cup you want to work with, which avoids damage to the motor when you try to install or remove a watch while the winder is spinning. The same switches allow each winder cup to be adjusted for the type of rotation (left, right, both, etc.) suited for your brand of watch. This is a well thought out feature that is absent on most winders. I give JQUEEN an AAAAA+++++ rating. This does a decent job of winding my watches. I have two watches that either run VERY slowly or gain time exponentially. However, I blame the watches and not the winder itself. The only disadvantage of this product is the size. It is HUGE. And because of the angle of the case, it ends up taking up even more space on my dresser. Be sure to measure the area you plan on placing this before purchasing.Looks great, couple issues though. First, the motor is quiet but 2 of the turnstiles “snore” (low deep sound as the fabric rubs against the sides when it spins). It’s not loud but it’s noticeable at night. Also some of the cushions (that you wrap your watch around) don’t all fit snugly enough so heavier watches can shift (or even fall out of their slots entirely) if you’re not careful how you put them in. But overall not bad for the money. At $180 for an 8 watch winder it’s not going to be perfect.Stylish, easy to setup, and easy to use. Very quiet especially compared to other winders I've owned. The only issue is that the padded disk holding the watch is to small thus the watches shift a bit while rotating. The padded disk did have a removable outer ring. With the ring on the disk it's too big and rigid. In this case only one of my watch clasps close.
